The history of The Lindens Care Home

OUR LOCATION
The beautiful Lindens house dates back to 1878 and forms the core of our main care home. It was taken over in 2003 by Michael Hannelly and his mother, who shared the vision of creating a warm and welcoming residential care home for the elderly in this beautiful setting in Stoke Hammond.
OUR GROUNDS
In addition to the original building with its impressive architectural features, oak panelling and beautiful period decorations, we have our stunning Garden and Meadow Wings which overlook our extensive gardens and the countryside. Other facilities include: “Hollywood Style” - our hairdressing salon, “Tiffany’s” - a lovely room to enjoy a visit with tea and coffee - and also our well maintained gardens with patio and seating areas.

Over the years, we have welcomed residents and families of all cultural and religious denominations into our home in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. Our care staff are all fully trained, DBS-checked and personally employed by us. We believe it is important to ensure that all our staff share common goals and objectives to ensure that your loved one receives the highest level of care.

All our members of staff share the same objective: to enhance the quality of life of our residents by providing a safe and homely environment as well as offering care, support and reassurance, enabling residents to maintain their individuality.
